La dimensión paisajística en la gestión del patrimonio cultural en España

Abstract

Español : En este artículo se analiza la influencia que han producido en la gestión del patrimonio cultural los avances técnicos científicos y operativos en materia de paisaje durante los últimos veinte años a través de su incorporación a la legislación sectorial de las distintas comunidades autónomas. Para ello se plantean tres ámbitos de convergencia entre patrimonio y paisaje (conceptual, material y simbólico) y su reflejo en la normativa vigente a través de los distintos instrumentos de gestión que se incorporan en cada caso. Se concluye que se están realizando avances metodológicos y prácticos en la integración de la dimensión paisajista en la gestión patrimonial, aunque se constatan también importantes carencias que abren nuevas posibilidades y retos de futuro. Inglés : This article analyzes the influence that the technical, scientific and operational advances in the field of landscape have had during the last twenty years in the management of cultural heritage through its incorporation in the sectoral legislation of the different autonomous communities. To this end, three areas of convergence between heritage and landscape (conceptual, material and symbolic) and their reflection in current legislation through the different management instruments that are incorporated in each case are established. It is concluded that methodological and practical advances are being made in the integration of the landscape dimension in patrimonial management, although there are also important shortcomings that open up new possibilities and challenges for the future.
