Talleres de Arquitectura : la cuestión de la interdisciplinariedad en el proyecto de intervención patrimonial

Abstract

Español: La adaptación de los planes de estudio de arquitectura al EEES conllevó la incorporación al proyecto curricular de asignaturas que abordaran proyectos de variada índole y escala, mediante la integración de las diversas disciplinas y áreas de conocimiento implicadas en la docencia arquitectónica. En la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Sevilla, en sus planes de 2010 y 2012, se materializa en la definición de materias denominadas Taller de Arquitectura, donde un elenco de cuatro a seis profesores de distintos departamentos acompañan al estudiante durante ocho asignaturas semestrales bajo diferentes epígrafes, uno de ellos la rehabilitación. El vínculo entre proyecto y su contexto obliga implícitamente a una consideración de los valores históricos y patrimoniales del lugar en cualquier intervención arquitectónica o urbana. Pero algunas materias incorporan explícitamente la intervención sobre bienes o conjuntos patrimoniales como objetivo principal del curso, como el Taller 6 (segundo semestre del cuarto curso), en el que se propone al alumnado un ejercicio de rehabilitación de un bien patrimonial. Esta comunicación aborda la complejidad de la intervención docente interdisciplinar en el aprendizaje del trabajo sobre patrimonio, considerando la problemática y las oportunidades que se ofrecen al profesorado y alumnado. Inglés: The adaptation of Architecture to EHEA involved the incorporation of subjects where the alumni had the opportunity to develop projects with a variety of scales and issues, throughout the integration of the different disciplines and knowledge areas implied in architectural teaching. In the Higher Technical School of Architecture (University of Seville), this aim resulted, within its 2010 and 2012 curricula, in the definition of a range of subjects entitled “Architecture Workshop”, where a group composed by four to six professors belonging to different Departments leads the student along eight halfyearly courses under different headings, including rehabilitation. The links between the project and its context implicitly force the consideration of historic and heritage values of site in any architectural or urban intervention. Some of these subjects explicitly include the rehabilitation of cultural property or urban sets, as their main object. That is the case of the named Workshop 6 (second semester of the Grade fourth year), where the students are encouraged to rehabilitate a given heritage property. This contribution aims to explore the complexity of the interdisciplinary teaching within the knowledge process of working on heritage, considering the difficulties and the opportunities given to both professors and alumni.
